What to bring:-	Your favourite materials. But remember that most charter airlines have a very low weight allowance. As there are 2 well stocked art shops in Luxor, you might prefer to buy your materials (which are cheaper than in the UK) on the orientation day. There are many ATMs in Luxor in which you can use your debit or credit card - the rates are better than you would get in the UK. We would advise you to bring cash, and change it as required in the local banks. Please note that you can obtain your visa at Luxor airport on arrival at a cost of approx £10 - the cost is $15 so varies with the exchange rate. A £20 note will give you enough Egyptian currency for your first night. You might also like to experiment with materials that you don't usually use. We would recommend acrylics, water colours, pastels or crayons, as oils aren't really suitable due to the drying time. We can provide folding chairs and easels, if you wish to save weight from your luggage allowance. Remember that it can get quite cold in the evenings during the winter months here - cardigans or sweaters are recommended.
Holiday Prices:-	The price for the holiday is £600 There will be a discount of £100 for a non-painting partner. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, paid by Swift bank transfer upon booking.
What's included:-	Included in the holiday price is 14 nights at the Nile Valley Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis, 4 group dinners at the hotel, transfers to and from the airport, transport, lunch and admission fees on the painting days. Not included in the price are drinks in the hotel, extra meals, laundry and other trips that you may wish to take on your free days. However, we can arrange such trips for you at a lower cost than you would pay from travel agents.
